重启机器后闲置时CPU占用约3% #24

你好，我是通过优化脚本来装的aria2:

wget -N git.io/aria2.sh && chmod +x aria2.sh
./aria2.sh

安装完以后离线下载功能正常，没有下载任务时cpu也几乎没有占用，感谢分享👍。昨晚因其它原因需要重启linux，重启后发现即使没有任何任务，aria2c 一直会占用 2.6-3% cpu。通过 aria2.sh 停止服务后消失，重新启动后会继续持续占用 2.6-3% cpu。请问这会是什么原因？有办法可以解决它在机器重启后闲置时的异常cpu占用吗？谢谢。

另外我好像没有看到它的service文件，请问它是通过什么方式随着系统自启的呢？谢谢。
